PatchwisePitch to your patch: new local sales leads, every week

Patchwise free trial terms

Last updated: 25 October 2026

  1. Who we are. Patchwise is run by [LEGAL ENTITY]. Contact: hello@patchwise.uk, 26 Envoy House, London, NW9 5ZU.
  2. Who can take the trial. UK limited companies, PLCs and LLPs only. The person signing up must be authorised to act for the company. One trial per company.
  3. What you get. Four weekly emails, starting with the first send after you sign up, listing opportunities that match the postcodes, distances and types you choose. You can change your settings at any time from the link in each email.
  4. No payment, nothing to cancel. We do not take card or bank details for the trial. The trial ends automatically after four weekly emails, and you will never be charged for it.
  5. After the trial. Near the end of the trial we will email to ask whether you'd like to continue at the founding price of £35 a month for care and health suppliers or £25 a month for commercial cleaners (or the standard price of £49 or £35 a month once the 20 founding places have gone). You only become a paying subscriber if you choose to sign up. If you don't, your emails simply stop.
  6. Where the information comes from. Each email is built from official public data published by the Care Quality Commission, the Food Standards Agency, Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Patchwise is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body.
  7. No accuracy guarantee. We pass the information on as published by those sources. It may be incomplete, out of date or contain errors made at source, and we may place some records on the map only approximately (for example, by postcode). Food hygiene rating status is shown as of the date stated in each email. Please check the official record, linked in each entry, before relying on any item.
  8. Not advice. The emails are business leads, not legal, financial or procurement advice. Decisions about who to contact, and whether to bid for any contract, are yours.
  9. How you may use the emails. For your own business's sales and marketing. Please don't resell, republish or share them outside your company. The underlying public data remains available under the Open Government Licence.
  10. Contacting the businesses listed. You are responsible for following marketing law, including UK GDPR and PECR, when you contact anyone you find through our emails.
  11. Our liability. The trial is free and provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the emails, including lost profits or opportunities, and our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
  12. Changes or ending early. We may change the content of the emails, or end the trial early, by emailing you. You can stop the trial at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
  13. Your data. We handle your information as described in our privacy notice.
  14. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
