What Patchwise is
Patchwise is a weekly email of local sales leads. Every Monday morning it lists what has newly appeared in official UK public records near you: new care and health services, changes of owner, new food businesses and public cleaning contracts. We do the searching, you focus on winning the work. No logging in, no filtering, no checking back. All you have to do is choose the postcodes, the distance from each one, and which types you get.
What's in your weekly email
- New care servicesCare homes, home care agencies and supported living services newly registered with the Care Quality Commission. Each shows the address, distance, the company running it, the date it registered, the number of beds and specialisms where CQC publishes them, and whether it is a first registration or an existing group's new site.Source: Care Quality Commission

Every entry links to the official record it came from.
You set it up
- Add each postcode you work from, each with its own distance in miles.
- Tick the types you want, down to individual healthcare types.
- Change your settings any time, from a link in every email.
What it is not
- Information is passed on as the official source published it. We don't check or change it, so check the official record before relying on it.
- We don't contact any business for you, and we can't promise any of them will buy.
- We leave out individuals' names, such as registered managers, and businesses run from home.
- Patchwise is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body. CQC ratings are the Care Quality Commission's own.
Who can subscribe, and what it costs
- Limited companies, PLCs and LLPs. Unfortunately, sole traders can't sign up currently.
- Four weekly emails free, with no card needed. If you don't choose to carry on, the emails stop and nothing is charged.
- Then £35 a month for care and health suppliers, or £25 a month for commercial cleaners, billed monthly. Cancel any time; your emails continue to the end of the month you've paid for.
- The founding price is for our first 20 customers and is fixed for your first 12 months.
